I started Prarambh Life because I watched too many families face one of the hardest, most emotional decisions of their lives — arranging care for a parent — with almost no honest guidance to lean on. My work sits at the intersection of medicine, dignity and family: helping adult children understand their options, and building homes where our elders are genuinely looked after, not just housed.

Everything I write in the Prarambh Care Guide comes from real conversations across the table from worried families, and from what our care and clinical teams see every day in our homes in Noida and Ahmedabad. My aim is simple: to help you decide with clarity and calm, whether your parents live nearby or you're arranging care from abroad.
